MeSH Scientific Symposium Report: Tallinn October, 2016 – an expert group of public health practitioners gathered to consider the challenges ahead, identify innovative and efficient methods for routine HIV measurement and surveillance, and agree on the next steps for moving to and beyond 2020. Based on the presentations and discussions over the two days, proposals for priority setting were made.
